London born and Melbourne (Narrm) based, I'm a certified leadership and organisational coach, known for my capacity to hold steady beside leaders as they navigate and act on development challenges and opportunities.
I strive to practice my values of connection, learning and exploration, and today I get to do that through 1:1 coaching and other developmental work, in partnership with leaders and organisations.
I believe that we need reflective and adaptive leaders more than ever now: people who are prepared to meet the moment with self-awareness, compassion, and courage.
