
Comma Leadership's Dr Katy McDevitt (she/her) is a leadership coach, facilitator, and seasoned executive leader of learning, working in person and remotely with leaders and organisations who want to understand, choose, and act with the benefit of more space to think.
Experience: Katy draws on extensive leadership and professional experience with organisations working hard to innovate and transform, and she has held senior roles with global publishing companies, universities and nonprofits over more than two decades.
Katy excels when enabling organisations to explore beyond prevailing norms and habits, with an emphasis on seeding flexibility, learning and growth in complex times. Whether she's coaching individual leaders, developing executives, or working with boards navigating strategic change, Katy is a proven and trusted adviser, a broad-minded and flexible thinking partner, and a calm and centering presence in the midst of complex change.

Qualifications: Katy is a life-long and career-wide learner who draws creatively on expertise in Leadership, Coaching, Arts and Education. She holds a Doctorate in English from Oxford University and a Graduate Diploma in Learning Sciences and Technology from Sydney University.
Katy is a Certified Organisational and Executive Coach (IECL) and a graduate of Harvard's renowned Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program. She is a professional member of bodies including the International Coach Federation, Adaptive Leadership Network, International Leadership Association, and Australian Institute of Training and Development.
As an expert in development coaching, Katy is authorised to deliver powerful 360º leadership assessments including The Leadership Circle Profile, Life Styles Inventory I & II, and other solutions that create profound insight into inner development for real-world results.
