What do you do when the change you need can’t be solved with the usual answers? That's where adaptive leadership comes in.
We’re excited to share the launch of Adaptive Action: The Leadership Program, created by Jon Eddy and Katy McDevitt to support leaders navigating complex, systemic challenges.
This program is designed for leaders who are ready to:
- explore challenges that don’t have straightforward solutions
- learn through experimentation and reflection
- work alongside trusted peers
- build the capacity to lead meaningful change.
Too often, leaders face adaptive challenges in isolation. Adaptive Action creates a space for collaboration, shared learning, and practical progress.

• 1-day in-person workshop in Melbourne/Naarm.
• 3 online sessions over 3 months.
• A small-group experience to enable connection, support and challenge.
